Yes — creating an account is required before booking. The process is quick and easy, and ensures secure payment setup, accurate contact details and full access to real-time tracking and service history. You only need to do it once.
You can book online 24/7 using our easy booking form. Express Priority - Rush , Express Priority and Standard Same-Day deliveries can all be selected with clear pricing shown before checkout.
Choosing the right delivery option depends on how quickly your delivery needs to arrive and how far it’s going.
Express Priority – Rush is best for urgent, time-sensitive deliveries that need to arrive quickly. This option delivers within 1.5 hours, includes the first 15 km for $37.50, with $0.99 per km thereafter, and must be booked before 2 pm.
Express Priority is a good choice when speed is important but not immediate. Deliveries arrive within 2–4 hours, include the first 20 km for $29.99, with $0.99 per km thereafter, and must also be booked before 2 pm.
Standard Same-Day is ideal for non-urgent deliveries that still need to arrive the same day. This option includes the first 25 km for $24.99, with $0.99 per km thereafter, and must be booked before noon.

Yes — all one-time, on-demand deliveries require 100% upfront payment at time of booking. Recurring business clients on approved terms will receive weekly invoices with net 7 payment.
We accept major credit cards, Wallet, Interac e-Transfer and secure online payments at the time of booking. Approved recurring business clients may also be set up for invoicing with weekly billing and net 7 payment terms.
Yes — all deliveries include real-time tracking and email or SMS status updates from pickup to drop-off for full peace of mind.
The cargo van's maximum weight is up to 3800 pounds and the maximum dimensions in inches are 170L x 65W x 70H inches.
Orders within 100 KMs are considered same day delivery.
Additional charges are calculated for items over 50 pounds.
The driver will first call the customer to ensure they are not at the location. The driver will then wait a maximum of 10 minutes. If the customer is still not present, alternative arrangements will be made with the dispatcher and an extra charge will be added to the delivery bill.
